Objectifs

  • Donner ou redonner sens aux temps familiaux.
  • Relier à la réalité les éléments théoriques issus de différentes approches.
  • Elaborer un fil conducteur au niveau des apprentissages, prenant en compte les particularités des sujets et leur devenir.

Contenu

  • Bref rappel sur le handicap sévère :
    • Qui sont ces sujets « différents » ?
    • Quelles sont leurs particularités ?
  • Analyse de situations routinières en direct : toilette, repas, petits soins, déplacements, temps libres :
    • Communication : l’importance de l’interaction avant toute intervention.
    • La qualité de l’environnement en rapport avec la population reçue.
    • Les rythmes : du sujet, du personnel, de l'institution.
  • Développement des potentiels :
    • Sur quoi se baser pour élaborer les projets ?
    • Comment travailler l’individuel et le collectif dans les ateliers ? Le rôle du groupe.
    • La place du jeu, de l’humour, du plaisir.
    • Quelle évaluation de nos actions ?
  • Le travail en équipe :
    • L’observation.
    • La mise en commun pour l’élaboration et le suivi des projets individualisés et de groupe.
    • La bientraitance
  • Le travail avec les familles.
