Contenu

  • Ce que le travail m’a apporté et comment je peux le mobiliser pour ma retraite.
  • Garder des liens avec mes collègues, mes amis.
  • Comment exprimer aux professionnels mes souhaits, mes choix de vie. Prévoir des activités qui me plaisent.
  • Mes revenus vont changer ; dans quelles mesures et comment m’y adapter
  • Eventuellement, réunion avec les équipes accompagnantes pour évaluer les réponses possibles aux différentes demandes émergeantes
