  • Rappel législatif
    • Code du travail 1974, lois Juin 1975, Janvier 2002 et Février 2005 : leur impact au sein des ESAT
    • Définitons : handicap mental, maladie mentale, handicap psychique, handicap social, double diagnostic
  • Traumatismes et carences à l'origine des séquelles dans la construction de la personnalité : vécu d'abandon, mémoire traumatique, ...
  • Approche des troubles psychopathologiques :
    • Névroses : hystérie, phobie, angoisse, névrose obsessionnelle
    • Psychoses :schizophrénie, paranoïa, psychose maniaco-dépressive
    • Etats limites : notion de psychotahie...
    • Troubles du Spectre Autistique
    • Pathologies de l'agir : conduites addictives, violence, ...
    • Structure perverse à distinguer des traits de perversion
  • Les troubles du comportement
    • Définition : violence, agressivité
    • Leurs sens, les bénéfices secondaires
    • Les conduites à risques : automutilation, conduites suicidaires, ...
    • Les troubles de l'humeur : exaltation, régression, dépression, ...
